On the Waterfront Walking Tour Documentary Screening

For the second part of the festival, HHM will be screening a special documentary entitled On the Waterfront Walking Tour, which features Official City Historian and born and raised legend Lenny Luizzi and the late OTW screenwriter Budd Schulberg. This event will take place on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at 4pm at the Museum, and will include a talkback with Lenny. Admission is free.

Directed by Jim Garamone, On the Waterfront Walking Tour pays tribute to the powerful film, as well as its extraordinary setting – our beloved Hoboken. Footage includes Lenny and Budd with a walking tour in Hoboken from April 2003, and provides behind the scenes info about the making of the film. Lenny asserts that On the Waterfront is a proud triumph in both cinematic and Hoboken history alike. We couldn’t agree more.

Please join us to commemorate this very special anniversary.
