Stimulate your child’s creativity! In this session, children will be introduced to the idea of photography, art, and gallery exploration. Using the Hoboken Historical Museum’s photography exhibit as a setting for investigation, young artists will learn the basics of photography and still life painting, and take tours of local art galleries. By the end of camp, children will exhibit their art -work in a pop-up gallery. Using Hoboken as the environment for inspiration, this camp will enhance your child’s creativity and imagination within our community. (It is recommended that Photography and Art Campers bring a digital camera with an 8GB SD card. If camera cannot be provided, museum will loan cameras during camp hours.)
